University of Findlay Tobacco Free Campus Media Campaign
Challenge
Create a brand for the University of Findlay's anti-smoking campaign.
Solution
After coming up with the "clear the air" slogan, I designed a logo to represent how the University was trying to crush the smoking habit of its students. Using eye-catching colors and patterns to get the attention of students, I created an optimistic campaign brand, encouraging students to recognize how much more beautiful the campus could be without smoking. Many anti-smoking ads use fear tactics and dark, depressing visuals to scare people into quitting, so I took a more positive approach showing the outcome of what eliminating smoking from the University campus would look like. I used Indesign for the brochure and Illustrator to create the pattern and most of the other social media ads. Below is the Design Brief for this project.
